Through the traditional martial art of Tang Soo Do Mi Guk Kwan you will learn practical methods of self defense to protect yourself and your loved ones. Students of all ages will develop confidence and self discipline while increasing their strength and flexibility. You will be challenged both mentally and physically by this well rounded martial art and will ALWAYS leave class feeling GREAT!

Women's Self Defense Class
Wednesdays at 7:30pm!
Ages 14+
Free for W. H. A. K. Members
Non-members: $10/Class OR $8/Class if you buy 3+ in advance
Be prepared for classes to last between 1 - 1.5 hours
No experience necessary!
